Jamaican Steaks

Ingredients
4 Whole Sirloin Steaks 2cm thick
4 Whole Red Chilli mild medium size, or up to 6 birds eye's if you are so inclined
2 Whole Red Shallots peeled and chopped
1 Bunch(es) Fresh Coriander fresh, washed roots, discard stems
1/2 Cup(s) Fresh continental parsley leaves freshly chopped
1 Tbsp MasterFoods ground allspice
1 Tsp MasterFoods Ground Cloves
1 Tsp MasterFoods Ground Cumin
1 Tsp MasterFoods Ground Coriander
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp MasterFoods Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Directions
Preheat grill or BBQ plate
Blend or process until smooth.
Combine ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Remove and spread over steaks and refrigerate for several hours or overnight
Remove from fridge and bring back to room temperature
Wipe excess marinade from steaks and grill. Retain excess marinade to baste over whilst cooking
Place marinated steaks onto hot grill plate, sear and cook steaks until tender or done to the desired tenderness
Whilst cooking steaks, baste with reserved marinade
Remove steaks and allow to stand for several minutes and serve
